BAKE SALE

This is a huge fund raiser for our Chapter.  Your baked goods are always welcome. Please have your baked goods in the BBHD kitchen by 8:30 so we can get them boxed and prepped for sale. We will need bakers and boxers.  If you have any questions, please contact Deb Lanpher.

We are in need of COOKIES, BARS, CANDIES, BREADS. 

If you are interested in making breads -- please reach out to Deb for more info.  We want to keep the sizes similar so all are uniform to sell for $5.00 per loaf. 

  • Deb will be providing foil mini tins for anyone interested in making mini bread loaves. 
  • Foil tins will be available at the November meeting to pick up.  
  • Please wrap individually with saran wrap when done baking/cooling.
  • Reach out to Deb prior to bake sale with quantity and type of bread -- she will have labels ready the morning of the bake sale to label each one.

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive to the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  In the event that we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.
