Event Details:

Take a scenic ride to Kansas City for Bar-Que and then enjoy some indoor sky diving. This is an overnight trip with the ride ending at the event. For anyone who is going on the overnighter with us: (you do not need to fly to join in on the KC BBQ).

ifly information - you will need to call them at 913-305-4359 and make sure you have the Kansas City site and not the reservation center. Tell them you want the super saver pricing and are with the HOG Group for the time slot July 13th at 6:30 pm.

Hotel Information - The Drury Inn (10963 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210 www.druryinn.com) is in the same parking lot (3 minute or less walk) and I have made Gary and I’s reservation there for the 13th. They have breakfast and a happy hour horde oeuvres. The price comes to a little over $200 if you reserve online. I could not do a block of rooms since we would need at least 10. There is a Sheraton about 5 minutes away as well but the price is the same for all of them.

Dinner Information - Thinking Q39 or Jack Stack. Will determine who can accommodate us for seating.

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive at the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  If we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.
